Elmerston-Mark-Architecture Architecture      Elmerston-Mark-Project-Management Project Management      Elmerston-Mark-new-16 Interior Design

This is a vital phase of the Project and goes hand in hand with the Architecture.

Stage 1

We will provide concept imagery and produce sketch elevations to illustrate interior design intent for bathrooms and all fitted joinery items including wardrobes and dressing rooms. This will include a Finishes Specification to include floor, wall, ceiling, cornice, stone, timber, ironmongery and other finishes as appropriate.

There will be meetings with the client as required to present working sample boards and a full Interior Design Package which will specify all sofas, chairs, curtains, carpets, rugs, tables etc for sign off by the Client.

We will provide you with the budget for the full interior package for your approval. This will be provided 4 months before the building works are completed.

Stage 2

We will then procure the full FF&E package, arrange its delivery and supervise its installation on site. FF&E includes any fabric, carpeting or other soft furnishings used in the Project.

We will source and procure and install decorative and other accessories including artwork and flowers and any other items required.
