Oliver began his career as a Graduate Surveyor at Knight Frank advising on all aspects of residential development as both land agent and valuer.
As a Development Executive at Native Land, Oliver specialised in multi-unit residential and mixed-use schemes in London and overseas, taking responsibility for the whole development process from acquisition through project management to sales.
At Finchatton Oliver gained ground-up experience as a Project Manager on both development and private client commissions.
At Elmerston Oliver is responsible for feasibility analysis, acquisition, planning and concept development on behalf of Clients and Investors. He also leads the team of experienced architects, professionals and Contractors that each project requires. Oliver has a broad range of impeccable contacts within the prime London residential market, assisting with strategic advice under our investor relations services.
Design Director
Caroline trained at Chelsea College of Art before graduating from the Inchbald School of Design, Knightsbridge. Having worked for Luis Charmat, Louise Bradley and under Helen Green at Lifestyle Interiors, Caroline has gained the range of experience needed to head up the architectural and interior design team at Elmerston.
Caroline understands the complex realities of the development business thanks to her work on multi-unit developments for developers such as Northacre PLC. As an independent interior designer for private clients she has successfully completed over 100 commissions in London and internationally.
