Our approach to Architecture is entirely based on how you wish to use the property, what room requirements you have and what type of atmosphere you would like to achieve in the residence.

STAGE 1

We begin with concept development, creating a series of sketch layouts, commenting on current floor plans with a view to improving them and maximising use of space and light.

STAGE 2

We then create a clear detailed scheme for your approval to include architectural working drawings for planning submission, party wall, tender information and construction.
